General Help

• It Keeps Crashing instead of Loading!
  • Sometimes large apps like iDecorate (which is over 200MB) have trouble installing. Delete the app (tap and hold until the X appears then tap it) and reinstall over a strong WiFi network. Remember, Apple doesn't approve apps that don't start up, so always try a reinstall.
  
  • iDecorate requires iOS 5.0. As a general rule keep your OS up to date and avoid jailbreaking and betas.
• Some stamps don't work?
  • No, they all do. Sometimes the stamp selector takes one or more tries though. Also make sure you haven't set the scale slider all the way down. If you do the stamp will be too small to see!
• What kind or resolution is the artwork I make?
  • If you are using an iPad with Retina display, the canvas can be up to 3840x2560 and stamps up to 2048x2048.
  • Due to hardware limitations, stamps are scaled down to 1024x1024 on all other devices
  • Classic stamps remain at their original 512x512.
